Long story short, I am a manager at Evernorth and my Citrix is completely down and I got someone who I suspect is from the Hyderabad hub who "troubleshooted" for close to 30 minutes before telling me that my keyboard was the reason my Citrix kept going down. The following gem was also said to me verbatim "Maam the cookie and the keyboard control the lot for Cigna system." I have asked them to please escalate so who knows how long this will be!

Kindly do the needful and plug unplug the cookie keyboard for make connection strength incident.
HIH is a losing strategy.
Careful not to make yourself too identifiable.
My reply would have been something like “but I only have the brownie at the keyboard”.
Once I got someone else to look at a ticket a Hyderabad support person worked on. The comment from the onshore worker was that they must have gotten caught in a loop because they kept saying the same incorrect information over and over again.
I had a problem the other day and when they heard I already tried restarting my computer, they had to escalate it. Telling me to restart my computer was the only solution they had
