Workplace “flexibility”

Has anyone heard or know how “flexible” the new flexible work arrangements will be? I noticed in their announcement that it’s very vague as to who exactly will be able to benefit from the FT remote opportunity. Management claims to not have any... — read more

I see nooooo job openings in many states for these positions and I’ve noticed intakes being documented by external ppl ( foreign names) for customer service. Ohio has zero job openings especially for customer service, yet calls are being picked up... — read more

Ethics Point is a Joke

I put in a concern with evidence anonymously on Ethic point almost 2 months ago and they have not posted a single comment or response on my issue and they are working in favor of leaders. They are worse than HR and ER and cannot be trusted either.

Is hard work worth the effort if you are on a PIP?

A lot of people say it's not worth the effort at all because mostly everyone who is on a PIP is eventually told they are not needed anymore.. In essence, they say that all the effort is in vain and that we should not exhaust ourselves because... — read more

We need a list

We need a list of companies we know for sure will not mandate vaccines at any point in time. That way people will know where to apply if they have no intention of getting the jab. I don't want to quit for a job that might ask me in the future to do... — read more

Always drama!

A little stress is okay, everyone has to deal with stress at work. However, being so stressed out that I can barely recover until the next day is not normal. And it's all because of the manager. I don’t know if those at the top are aware of what... — read more

HR needs to sort out the Assistants

Staff knows who to call and who to avoid when we need an admin. Salaries/titles don't correspond to actual quality of work or workloads. Admins brag about adding bogus overtime to their time sheets because managers are not managing and then team... — read more

Do you think that's happening here too?

I recently talked to a friend from another company who told me that there are some people there faking coronavirus-related illnesses and abusing sick leave. It was shocking to me. Of course, as an employee I am always on the side of us... — read more

Why do we have to upload the vax card?

I had Covid last month and took meds to get over it. Never took a day off and kept working from home. Centene doesn't have the right to ask me or require me to upload my personal information into a database. I may decide to take the shot later or I... — read more

How many experienced abuse at Centene?

My experience at Centene was absolutely horrific (and I’ve worked for some pretty bad employers over the years that didn’t even reach this level, so I don’t think what I experienced can be expected everywhere). It actually felt like an abusive... — read more

Do they even have anyone left to give layoff to?

I don’t know how accurate that is, but I recently heard a story that small layoffs are happening under the radar. If that’s true, then it’s crazy, because given how many people are leaving, I can’t believe Centene has anyone left to lay off. — read more

Fired without vax

Now if you don’t get the vax you will be terminated. It is my body my choice. This is wrong in so many ways, specially when you work from home and don’t go to the office.

Will you get your vaccine if FDA approved?

Full US Food and Dr-g Administration approval of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine is "imminent." A Biden administration official said approval of the two-dose vaccine "could be as early as Monday."

Walk away

If you oppose getting the vaccine then walk away. It's going to help both you (you won't have to do something you really don't want to do) and us (if enough people walk away then layoffs and firings might not be necessary for a while.) In my opinion... — read more
