Of all the employees at L3Harris, haven't the executives had the worst year of all? Did they get a RIF? Has the CEO accomplished any goals since he took over a few years ago? Is the company better off now than 2019?

Why did we lose two experienced people on our team and a guy who joined less than a year ago is still here? Can somebody please explain the logic behind it? Nothing against the guy, but seriously?
