There must be serious violations of laws involving the H1B Visa abuse that takes place with Fidelity. They also practice segregation by keeping these H1B Visas away from all the non H1B Visa employees. It never felt good, it always felt illegal. There's obviously only 1 reason why they would do this, and it's obviously not talent / qualifications. It's all about the Benjamins. Does anyone know how to file complaints about these obvious violations? I am afraid to speak up at work, because I don't want Fidelity to Retaliate against me. Retaliation is unfortunately a serious concern.

VSP question
Does anyone know ….
If they reject your VSP application, are you still at risk to be laid off?
For Sale
Time to hang a For Sale sign in the window. We’ve heard speculation for years about selling off parts but why not the whole thing? Even if it’s parts to multiple buyers.

I Wonder...
I wonder if any leadership reads anything on this site (director and above)?
I do see various financial analyst articles about CDW touch on info that was mentioned here.
I also noticed Google AI include some of the info from posts on this site as analysis.
Just curious.

Realignment & Cost of Living Raise
The last Cost of Living Raise in stores happened in 2021 (part 1) and in 2022 (part 2).
The last Realignment happened in mid-2024.
The company seems to realign and give cost of living raises every few years since 2015.
Any chatter about the next ones?
July Layoffs (July 8 or July 15)
Based on prior layoff rounds, it seems it often occurs on Wednesdays.
With Citi scheduled to report Q2 earnings on July 14, my assumption is that any July layoffs would likely take place on July 15 (or July 8).
Similar to how the June 10 layoffs were being discussed here roughly a month before they happened, has anyone heard any rumors regarding potential July dates?
Open Associate Buyer Positions?!
So they laid off 150+ U.S. Associate Buyers last June but now have several positions posted on LinkedIn…. Is GenPact not working as well as they had hoped? Are they seeing their error in laying off based on tenure instead of performance? So many questions.
Chances for internal mobility after 6/10 layoff?
I was hit with my 2nd layoff in two years today. I finally thought I had a foundation for recovery and it was an illusion. I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs before this one. I’m still exhausted from the previous job search. I’m desperately looking for a role, any role at this point inside the organization to stay employed. I’m applying internally and externally. Any advice? To make matters worse, I was served with an eviction summons trying to catch up from the last layoff today. Just my luck.
We just ripped off our creditors
We didn't pay over 1.5 billion in bills . How is this legal? Many of the smaller vendors we had got paid zero. For their merchandise. Meanwhile raemdonck went in CNBC .where if course they didn't mention that
Why are you here?
Cisco was a great company but that changed many years ago (some say 2010 - the precise year does not matter).
Those who joined before 2010 had at least 16 years to look for something better. Why not? Why complain for more than 16 years?
Those who joined after 2010 should have known that Cisco is not a good company to work for (I give the benefit of doubt to those who joined right after 2010). Why did you join and complain?
Truspire sale to Malibu
Did this receive regulatory approval & did MoA get paid the $45M yet ? Is this money going toward the P&L in 2026 ? How much did the firm lose in the whole Landmark debacle ? -$25M ?
Are layoffs every Tuesday or every other Tuesday?
I'm new here, I'd like to know what I'm facing.

1Q 2027 - AEOI opportunity?
Hearing rumors that another opportunity to AEOI with an actual severance package (2 weeks for every year of service) might be available in 1Q 2027. Anyone hearing the same? Can anyone confirm?
If you were Sassine, what would you do?
Productivity is several times lower than competitors, employee morale has hit an all‑time low, revenue growth is far behind the rest of the industry, and customers are developing AI tools better than us.
If I were in his position, I would initiate a targeted layoff focused on non‑essential roles immediately, followed by a clear public commitment that no major workforce reductions will occur for the next one to two years. This would stabilize the organization, reduce uncertainty, and allow remaining employees to focus on execution rather than worrying about job security.
What is your thought?
Are toast? 15% down. $280 Billions wiped?
I think it is just short sellers trapped the bulls who bought at $500 aftermarket. But WTH.
