I know this is a franchiser, but I think it's only a matter of time before we start feeling the heat as well. I'm already noticing a drop in foot traffic at my location. It's nothing drastic, but if the economy continues its downward spiral and tariffs continue to beat us up, we might be looking at layoffs as well.

LM affected groups
If you got told to WFH and are in LM what group are you in. Just make it broad we don’t need to know your manager or anything but everyone just saying they got told to WFH and leaving it at that isn’t helping anyone out lmao

I like it here!
I don't get it. I like it here! It's a friendly group of people I work with, and good benefits.
Thoughts on Consultant Relations Group
Has anyone heard anything here? There were some commentary on this forum but looks like they got taken down. I always thought Consultant Relations roles were like cushy sales gigs where they weren’t on the hook for any actual sales.
List poorly managed teams
Let’s take control back and call out groups that continue to be poorly managed.
Have WFR started yet?
If so, what groups have been hit so far?
Group calls and fainting…
I thought the report of a “leader” sacking a whole team on Webex was the most disturbing. Then the worst came in later, when I heard someone fainted after being told and had to have an ambulance called for them… this should have been handled much better.
How were the people selected for layoff?
There seems no clear answer to how people or groups were selected. Any inputs?
Some night shift network people are being told tonight
Like the title says, some people in network have been given word that their 3rd shift that's impacted will know tonight, and dayshift will be told tomorrow.
Our group - not a whisper, besides what's in the news
Band 7 in both organizations
Rif next week???
Im seeing posts about this but no departments or business groups named. Im guessing no one really knows and its speculation based on past years? We can only hope for another VSP.
What’s the word on Q3?
Should we assume our amazing engineering group has saved the company?
Collaboration?
So I witnessed to following: I was in WHQ, in an open space on one of the floors. The area had 4 small collaboration tables and an area with workstations. A group of 3 workers sat at one of the collaboration tables to hold their meeting. A man, who was working at the workstation got up, approached the group and told them to leave. He said that they were disrupting him and he couldn't concentrate. The group got up and left but one of the joked about not being able to collaborate. The funniest part is that, within a few minutes after the group left, the man got up and left for about an hour (I assume lunch). I wonder if this goes on all the time.
Year End Review Groups and Percentages
Posting this for the inevitable questions over the coming months, or more likely next year when fears of being PIPd come up. These are the groups and the percentages for each group. Reminder: if you are in Group 4 or 5 you will not be eligible for severance. I expect very few who are let go receiving severance next year when there will be 25% of the population to choose from who would not be eligible.
Group 1 - 10% - Significantly Exceeded Expectation
Group 2 - 15% - Exceeded Expectations
Group 3 - 15% - Achieved Expectations
Group 4 - 15% - Achieved Some Expectations
Group 5 - 10% - Did Not Meet Expectations
talent selection
Any one know how it will work? Who gets final say on who stays and who will go? Will people be forced to move groups? So many questions!
Question
Which group will be the first to go back to Hybrid work?
