Does PPTO count in PIL

Looking for some guidance on PPTO.

I am planning to resign but have not used all my paid parental leave (PPTO). In addition, I have vacations and carry over left as well.

Does Exxon pay the PPTO as payment in lieu (PIL) similar to the unused vacations. Does carry over vacations also count towards PIL?

The best part of it all!!!!!!!!!

What was your favorite part of the new guidelines?????
Mine was “We know people have situations like travel and conferences. leaders use this dashboard as a coaching guide. But adhere to 60%”
WT ACTUAL F. Just use it to help coach, but make sure it’s 60, but you know your peoples schedules, but make sure it’s 60.

Not a rosy future

Apparently, things aren't all bubble gum an unicorns at Dell.

Dell faces margin pressure as surging DRAM prices and constrained supply inflate production costs for both server and consumer segments.

DELL's ISG and CSG margins are declining, with consolidated gross margin dropping over nine months.

Despite the robust AI server backlog and raised FY26 revenue guidance, we do not expect quick margin recovery.

DELL trades at a small premium to its 5-year average but remains at a 40% industry discount on key multiples.

Stankey

AT&T (T) chief executive John Stankey will speak at Tuesday’s UBS Global Media & Communications Conference where he will discuss the company’s network and financial outlook.

Besides the mid-band spectrum the company agreed to acquire from EchoStar (SATS), AT&T (T) expects to continue to accelerate the pace of its fiber reach through an agreement to acquire substantially all of Lumen’s (LUMN) Mass Markets fiber internet connectivity business.

This transaction is expected to close in early 2026 and will enable the company to reach more than 60 million total fiber locations by the end of 2030.

The company said it is also on track to achieve its 2025 financial goals and return $4 billion to shareholders through share repurchases in 2025 and $20 billion of share repurchase capacity during 2025 and 2027.

This includes consolidated service revenue growth in the low single-digit range, adjusted EPS in the higher end of $1.97 to $2.07 range, and adjusted EBITDA growth of 3% or better.

Subscriber net additions to its mobility business will be higher during the second half of 2025 than it reported during the first half, including an expectation for seasonal trends in net adds during Q4.

Additionally, AT&T (T) expects its net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio will return to its 2.5x target within roughly three years of closing the EchoStar transaction and achieve “strong free cash flow” from the Lumen and EchoStar acquisitions.

Drowning

Post Enterprise Reimagined, I am struggling in my new role. I had no onboarding, just a whole lot of department meetings with no context. My new leader has no experience in this work and spent their entire career in a different discipline. My partner in the work also has no experience in this discipline. We were thrown headlong into a project with no guidance other than, “You are smart. Figure it out.” A month later, my work was just doubled because we are short handed on our team because of layoffs. I am scared and sick and stressed out. And my leader has made it clear they don’t care. I am frustrated and angry. Anyone else dealing with this scenario? How do I handle it?

Market culture is satisfy

Until such of time CEO switching to marketing base culture I am given not one single instructions.
I do the reading all day all of even nites to become savvy on the marketing. So frustrate as I can do no such marketing in current role. I also do the ask to chatting gpt and even it can not give good direction, Frustrate!

Dell shares fall on soft third-quarter earnings outlook

  • Dell Technologies reported second fiscal quarter results on Thursday that beat Wall Street expectations for sales and revenue.
  • The company attributed the results to strong growth in its AI server business.
  • Dell said that it now plans to ship $20 billion of AI servers in its fiscal 2026, double what it sold last year.

Despite beating on its top and bottom lines, shares of Dell Technologies fell more than 5% Thursday in extended trading after giving third-quarter earnings per share guidance that below Wall Street’s expectations.
