WT ACTUAL F. Just use it to help coach, but make sure it’s 60, but you know your peoples schedules, but make sure it’s 60.

My motto as of today: TRUST NOBODY at USB.
Keep in mind that a PIP is technically coaching. And when you don't comply or correct yourself per the PIP you get fired. So technically it's true but misleading (trying to sound like coaching is nothing really).
