Does PPTO count in PIL

Looking for some guidance on PPTO.

I am planning to resign but have not used all my paid parental leave (PPTO). In addition, I have vacations and carry over left as well.

Does Exxon pay the PPTO as payment in lieu (PIL) similar to the unused vacations. Does carry over vacations also count towards PIL?

They should pay out carry over vacation since it was earned in the previous year. Current year will be prorated based on separation date.

PPTO won’t be paid out. Use it first.
