Has anyone had a supervisor for the last month? I feel like they are setting us up to fail on purpose. Management has been in a meeting for like EVER. They are setting all these new goals in place and no one is around. I know it is a self starter... — read more
Cigna to divest Medicare
If Cigna is trying to dump Medicare, why are they enforcing all of this close monitoring of us? From the badge swipes for in office employees to the computer monitoring and now call recordings for the WAH employees. Is this just an attempt to get... — read more

Severanced people, were you made to sign a non-compete?
I checked the "Agreement and Release" papers I could find in Google from Cigna and found they include a stipulation that you can't work for other health plans in the US for two years, but these are for higher-ups (they're on sec.gov). I've been... — read more

Other message boards for Cigna employees?
Does anyone know of other message boards like this for Cigna and ESI employees? This one has been helpful, but is specifically about layoffs. I’m wondering if there is one for general employee discussion about any topics. We can’t seem to get the... — read more
Who would Cigna sell Medicare to?
Based on the latest article that calls out a possible sale of Cigna Medicare as a precursor to a Humana-Cigna merger/sale... I'll like to hear people's opinion as to which company they speculate would buy Cigna Medicare.
This is not good
If this merger actually happens, layoffs will be absolutely brutal. I'll be praying for this whole thing to fizzle out.

I can't find a better option
At least pay-wise. I've been trying to find a new job for a few months and I've been getting offers, but the pay was always below what I make here. Which in itself is worrisome since Cigna is not among the better-paying companies. I knew already the... — read more
