Rumor is department managers and senior supervisors are being reorganized out for teams that underperformed.

Steve left for another opportunity. Kate has worked in Compliance for years, including Steve’s team, and knows the job well. She’s reasonable, engaged, and she’ll do well.
Steve Reynolds Chief Compliance Officer
Who left from compliance? When did that happen? All of the leadership leaving “effective immediately” is sus.
First the head of compliance now J D… we must’ve tanked this audit.
Is this why Dr. S is gone?
Very bad.
Are the results of the audit in?
What would you consider the biggest embarrassment? What was missed? Which department?
I’m unsure about CMP, but the audit was a complete embarrassment and while technically not a failed audit, it was not a success. I do hope that things are shaken up. The audit results are not a reflection of the frontline staff, its poor policies and procedures, coupled with a weak understanding of the requirements. The focus of our business has been in the wrong place for years. We are too busy with trying to keep everyone busy, but it’s busy doing the wrong things.
I think they're referring to civil monetary penalties imposed by CMS
Sorry what is CMS and what is CMP ?
My team must’ve been an underperforming team because we did not hear anything good about how we did in the audit. They only told us everything we did wrong and then introduced a new extremely time consuming way we need to do things.
My understanding is that overall we did good in the audit, still waiting to hear back. Yes, there is room for improvement in some areas, but I don't think there was anything really bad. The Auditor threw some curveballs, but I think we did okay.
Agree. How do you know this? What departments? Who are you talking about? What exactly was the oversight?
Which teams under performed? Which departments? Seems very vague at best. I think disgruntled ex or current employees trying to stir things up.
Yes it was a doozy. It was embarrassing at best and hurt people at worst. An egregious oversight.
Something is definitely going on behind the scene. Upper management is shaking in their boots waiting to hear back from CMS regarding this audit. I heard it was a doozy.
This is not true. Rumorville.
Will this interfere with the sale to HCSC?
The rumor is true to be honest, and not just that, but also they have favorites who will be assigned to cozier positions. While this was decided ultimately by the ELT, Kari Knight Steves is the brainchild behind a lot of these changes and has the longest leash in the world because Cordani absolutely adores her.
