I have heard June, anyone have any dates? Will they continue every month in summer or pick up again in August?

Layoffs are still occurring. There were more this week and there will likely be more going forward. They had to slow down a little because they were putting the HCSC transaction in jeopardy. That sale is not going to close without the people to support it. I for one would not want to transition to HCSC without knowing ahead of time what my benefits and work environment (WFH, etc) is going to be. Cigna is being very shady with getting this information to everyone. Also, don't feel that you are safe just because you are not part of government business. They are continuing to reorg and moving people to gov without giving them a choice.
“im pretty sure june 3rd is just for anchor days. Those who have office designated should already be complying to 3 days a week. so I'm sure if they wanted to fire for non compliance, they could already do so”
Incorrect. It’s 50% of time until June 3rd. So some people put in 2 10 hour days a week. Also until June 3rd, managers can approve “short term” exceptions, but how long short term is was never defined, so lenient managers were able to approve people not coming in for long stretches. The people who never came in at all, or averaged 5% of time over the past 3-6 months might get fired. But beyond that it would be tough for someone to jot legitimately contest a write up. The new HR head who is a lawyer had the policy rewritten to be very clear and specific so they could start writing people up and firing without employees having a solid shot at fighting back against it.
It isn’t rolling every other month, but different orgs each month. Not to mention that once the new FOW policy starts June 3rd, non-compliant employees will be fired at any point. Expect the cuts and attrition to be steady until at least the end of the year.

I was told in January that there would be monthly layoffs throughout 2024 or UNTIL they’ve reached their sweet spot with people jumping ship. Because they’ve paid so much severance, I’m assuming this whole FOW regime will help reduce their number of FTE’s even further, so monthly layoffs may not be necessary throughout the remainder of the year.
I was blessed to get cut earlier…and I’m truly thankful. I just can’t believe this is the company I loved and respected for 25+ years. Greed is a horrible thing and leadership doesn’t realize they’re biting the hands that are feeding them. Certainly sad times for those that have given and sacrificed so much for this company.
How long do we have to be non- compliant with the in office "rules" before we are fired- is this in writing anywhere?
Please tell me at some point there with be Medicare layoffs, despite the fact that the MA employees keep being told no. There are so many of us ready to be laid off.

My group was told 2 weeks ago that 30 jobs are going to the newly build India HUB six months from now (so September 2024 timeframe). They have already onboarded employees there & will start training soon. I haven't heard any other layoffs or timeframes
Rolling the rest of the year every other month. Will be over for good near the end of the year but basically everyone band 2 and above is potentially a candidate for layoff. Band 1 they need enough sandbags taking fire from angry clients and patients and hope that swindles the number of escalations down by at least 20% or whatever.
