I keep seeing Glassdoor reviews for Allstate calling it a great place to work…so who has written those? They seem fake to me!

Quitting this dump this year. Can I take my 401k and pension and roll them into my next employers 401k plan? If I rage quit same day how do I do this? May seem like a d-mb question but I’m concerned they’ll pull some schiesty BS
