KG at the town hall made it clear more people are out the door. Community connections already axed. Who is next? More sales people? CSTs? Construction? Corporate? Everybody and they just sell this lifeless corpse of a company?
Town hall meeting
G confirmed at the town hall that big RIF is weeks away. He called out management and underperformers but said cuts will come from everywhere. He also said there will more in the future but not every third thursday like employees have been used to.

It’s obvious that Uniti has lost their focus. This company is up in the clouds and has no idea how bad they are treating their customers and employees. It’s sad and their needs to be a revolution.

Several people were RIF'd in Kinetic 10/30. Uniti mixed it up by switching to 5th Thursday and kept this one really quiet.
DCRIS Audits
Seen stuff on the Windstream layoff.com site for DCRIS and everything. Best way to conduct an investigation is to create an audit of all people who have or who had that system. Then look for possible sales fraud. Fire anyone involved.

Any legacy uniti people here who can tell us about the severance plan? Windstream cut ours and only left supplemental unemployment to make up the difference in lost salary for a few weeks, or until you got a new job.
