Layoff Moderator, Windstream merger with Uniti was completed 8/1. The new company will be called Uniti Group. How do we get a board added for Uniti Group? We all agree nothing will change and there will be lots of layoff business to discuss here.

I'm a field ops tech on the CLEC side of the house. The ILEC in my state is union. Can CLEC opt to form a union (or more likely join the existing ILEC CWA contract) on a state by state basis? Or would we have to do it as an entire organization?

Management is making so many decisions that are bad like creating weird rules that forces an entire organization to quit. Not like real policy like the d-mbest thing ever no other company would ever consider.
