I’ve been thinking about resigning for about a week now. It’s basically su-king the soul out of me. To the point where I can feel I don’t have the drive like I used to anymore to work here. I still work like I usually do but it’s to the point of why bother anymore. It’s not even like I’m making $100k+ a year where I live the median pay is $85k and I’m not even near that. I made more money as a rep than I do at my position now. It’s sad. It’s not about the money. It’s about how this ship is sailing. I don’t even know if I’m going to be laid off or not. I’m kept in the dark about everything. I go into a meeting and they’re talking about changes and I’m sitting here like. Why do I not know this when it’s going to be implemented soon. Then I’m supposed to be helping another team with stuff and it’s like they slowly shut me out like an outcast. It was not like I was messing up. There was just zero communication and we are a telecommunication company. This company reminds me of the Bohemian grove. If you don’t know what that is. Look it up. It’s also leaning towards the area of what red ventures was.

We lost some sales agents today and the department is understaffed and is asking for overtime nonstop. This company is drunk at the wheel. And management is worthless.

What in corporate? Is it the useless staff managers? Because the serve no role to be a manager in between two manager and actually never manage anyone.
