Look no further than the Verizon Queen David O. Dude cant put together one human thought or sentence without it being corporate talk or lingo. Let alone knowing the audience. Just talk like a human! Quite frankly 97% of the company can care less about EBITDA. So why drag us on a town hall talking about it. None of these VP's have real interest in problems people face. JH is just a puppet. DO is clueless and only want to bring more Verizon people over. Which by the way they all have the same beard, haircut and finance bro vest. JL really is half drunk on these things. She slurs and just rambles on like you never even put together a sentence except we just love it and just love it and its amazing because we love it. Shut up
Start by hiring the same people that run frontier into the grown to run Kinetic 2nd they bring all there people over 3rd repeat the same things they did at frontier here
@rh Oh totally agree! When you introduce like 7 new people in made up titles and they all come from Frontier you know they were about to get canned! JH and DO just doing randomness. God forbid one of them speaks like a human. They clearly never know their audience when they speak. DO looks like a tmobile final boss with no clue. All the made up titles like Chief Messaging Officer or Chief People Officer. When you talk to these people they have no idea how to be human and literally are controlled by ChatGPT. JL she def has no clue and is drunk half the time on town halls.

@em You do know that a ton of people got hired from Frontier. They were introduced as from Frontier. Also some people prior to that came from Verizon that brought these Frontier people over.

@OP Yup. Time be ran like a real company, this is not a bed buddy company like some areas turned into with the former. All those new people from frontier in newly created positions are probably just fact finding, preparing to fill upcoming one-off “resignations” or so called people that quietly will leave to “pursue other opportunities”. Happens with every merger.
Lots of new upper management from there. Creating positions even. Makes me wonder if there's a merger on the horizon since Elliot owns a stake in both.
