Is this double dipping? Fuel supply agreements are made sometimes years ahead while prices are cheap. Not fair to keep adding fuel price hikes to the customer. Customers are not blind to this they just move on to better deals.

Likely rural centers as the goal seems to be picking up B2C packages near big city warehouses and not spread out residential deliveries. However every other package delivery company is after this same easy money. Least work gets more dollars.

Poor offer. 10 years x 1,800.00 = $18,000.00 before taxes. First round in all negotiations equals peanuts. Teamsters might be able to bump the peanut stand at least near 3rd base if not home plate possibly.
