"Rural Deferral" -storing customers packages until its convenient for company to deliver them, is stomping what was a good delivery business. Customers just want their packages delivered today and not stored or frozen in time. Unaffordable delivery fee's that keep going up while service goes down equals lost customers, lost revenue then layoffs.
