If company can only lobe 1 offer around Union negotiated contract agreements , they have set an established pattern to go around the Union always. Deals and offers must be first approved by Union.

best to get legal advise before signing anything with a company who has to have a union just to make that company do what is right and enforce safety issues and fair treatment for all.
Forever trying to go around the Union will not work. Just go by the agreed contact. No cheating allowed or respected. Just be honest and go by the rules.
