Operations Management buyouts-finally. Will it be worth it?

Separation dates apparently spread out. September 30, 2025 to July 31, 2026. APPLY: August 26 to September 9, 2025 area likely.

Yes, UPS should have offered 3 months worth of insurance. These are operations management employees that have always worked the day before a holiday and usually the day after the holiday. But at least they did get an offer, UPS finally got something right. Thank you UPS, we will always support you

UPS finally did something right by at least offering operations management a buyout. I think UPS should have offered at 3 months of continuing medical insurance.

October starts the first sniffing's of Peak Season. Maybe they will finish "cleaning house" then. November 15th is the true beginning of it all (Peak).

Things are not looking too positive with so many buyouts for drivers and now operations management. Will low package volume revenue fund the number of buyouts needed?
