Any credible news about GBU layoffs in JAPAC today?

Laid off this morning (US). Outstanding performance reviews, raise last year, RSU's, etc. At least they gave us a month on payroll for the RSU's to vest.

A great deal of NetSuite(some very tenured, some high performers) were let go in the last round a few weeks ago. Any updates on NS and this latest round today?

5 years+, top performer on the team. Was expecting a promotion and raise after this past review cycle, but promotion to “customer” is not what I was expecting.

It's clear that none of us know when this will be over, how many will be impacted, which areas are being hit... The whole process would be much easier if there was more transparency about the whole process.

Why am I only seeing people who've been here for at least a decade but most for almost two posting they were laid off? Has leadership completely given up on trying to hide age discrimination?

2 weeks notification, separation date is 9/22 Last working day is today; official exit in the books on 9/22 COBRA for 4 weeks from 9/22 Severance dependent upon service, appears to be 2 weeks per year.

One of my teammates has a skip-level meeting for later today. I thought people were being notified by their direct managers, is this wrong? Could his meeting be something else?
