I mean for some companies yes, but for Oracle has already captured all of the market. Of course Jensen will say this so that people don't hate him and his company.
You can still innovate with just 5 people... no need for 160,000 people. In fact all the best products we use today were made by small teams. Nothing innovative has come of the 50k+ employee era we have now.
