I plan on giving notice at some point next week. My notice period is 60 days. I'm only going to give two weeks. I know they'll claw back my LTIs that vested within the past year and I won't be "re-hirable", but is there anything else I should be concerned about? Losing the LTIs and not being able to be rehired is a small price to pay to escape this looney farm...

tax forms were delayed. Shareholders must have their 1099 DIV/B or R to file. This is a critical, highly regulated function. Today, they appeared on the websites, then magically, deliciously disappeared because FIS is a fintech company with cr-ppy tech. They were restored, but why create a reliable reputation with clients now?

So lots of managers laid off last week.. and the team members were moved to various new managers... How much time do we have ? 1 week? 6 months? Decades? And BAU?

Well, I think we are still named Optum learn but we might be changing to TIE. My question is do any of you out there know if more layoffs are coming to Optum Learn ? I too put in too many hours and think no way they could do without me. However, I have seen several people let go that were way better than me and it just doesn’t make sense.

Everything is now in deep flux. The staff knows that he knows that Wael is a not the future and just a figure head awaiting a Payola. He has kneecapped all competition and has not created a company for the future

Things have calmed down quite a bit where I am, but I’ve had plenty of time to process what’s happened. I’ve seen some great leaders move on to big roles in other companies, and many have retired. They’re even taking my car. When we started, there was a driven team of salespeople out there hustling and trying to win. Now, most of us are just here for the paycheck. Feels like it’s over. Props if you’re still here because you bleed blue. My blood is red, and I can’t stand Coke.

I think unused accrued vacation gets paid out when you leave but is carryover vacation treated the same way?

I’m so confused. None of my bosses / leaders have said anything about no bonuses. I haven’t received any emails about no bonuses. But on here there’s so many posts of people speaking with such authority about no more bonuses.
