I am one of those “lucky” that is not being pushed out (for now)…but has anyone reached out to an attorney? These people have to pay for what they did!

Have you looked at the FISERV Layoff thread....they are doing the same thing, same complaints as here. Unfortunately, this is how the world works in 2026, it may not be nice. I would suspect that many other IT and Financial companies are doing the same exact same thing. Move on or deal with it.
It has been mentioned that FIS is aware of this site. They are reading the posts; managers have been questioned about it by senior leaders. They have been asked if they are posting. This points to the accuracy of the information shared here. When moving to discussions of legal remedies, keep that in mind.
