Any word on a cash award coming for 2026?
Past couple of years it has paid out end of Jan / early Feb.
I wonder if the $2k RSU from last year will cause us not to get it.

Bonus plan pay is Feb 13
I received a 17% of base salary bonus last year. Hoping for 20%+ this year. The bank has been performing well.
Do they give bonus for IM performance ratings
Got them in 2024 and 2025….. my team lost many in those years….
They're aggressively slashing the work force to save money....do you really think they'll pay out cash awards?

The cash award will be going to Chainsaw and Baghdad Bob (Scottie Powell).
Considering we haven't even gotten the $2k RSUs yet, I would doubt there is something in addition.
The off chance would be something for those making under $75k or something but don't hold your breath
