@d2 a couple years ago if you got partially achieved you only got whatever your AIP percentage was and not anything extra if the business was paying above 100%. So if your AIP was 6% and the business was paying at 125% you only got 100% worth of whatever the 6% calculation was. In today’s climate? I would expect if you got partially achieved you might not even get the full 6%.

Does anybody know what percentage of AIP those who received “Partially Achieved” will get? I guess with their updated evaluation system, there will be more of them this year.

FWIW, AIP is based on revenue/operating income, not stock price, so it may be not be as bad as you expect.
