Any thoughts on what the payout will be for 2025?
I can imagine that the targets are made more difficult for 2026 to save money
Also can foresee the end of the LTI and other non contractual benefits

@OP In the past after layoffs it was a little higher. If there is extra money pool for the group it will go to who is left behind
