Intel Foundry has $10B loss per year. This has to be improved, otherwise, more layoffs coming.

You mean the stock is doing quite well, which has absolutely nothing to do with how the company is actually doing. People these days are seriously confused about the difference between stock prices and real performance of the companies those stocks are supposed to represent.
