I got an additional bonus today for RTO. My boss said I had the best 'how and where report' score in the group and were rewarding me as such. $$$$

Don't worry, the Technology industry is currently choosing which industry leaders will have "influence" on AI persuasion and roles (aka: winners) at the CORE level. T's RTO policy is showing you where they are sitting at in the pecking order: Trainers of AI agents. T is cooked going forward, as they are late to the game on revenue creating technology going forward. The "shell game" will continue...
Anyone working from home should NOT be getting the same bonus as the employees that have rearranged their lives to comply with RTO.
Maybe you can use the $ to have your nose bleached.

I know a couple employees whose bonus was impacted by lack of consistency on the presence report. Pretty sure this is where your extra bonus came from.
