Currently debating on ducking out before AIP payouts for another opportunity but wanted to see what the this year's multiplier is looking like before making that decision. Was told the past few years were set at 60% for people who "meet expectations" and 75% for high achievers- given our stock price split in half wasn't expecting miracles but still want go be informed.

Agree - as a current manager i current with all honesty that the bonuses distributed these past few years are not 100 percent correlated to your performance/work ethic. Bonuses are based on what leadership tells me to disperse - not based on my scoring. Some directors want us to lie and make it appear that your performance was a compenent but it's not. The hard workers are the ones who always get sc--wed which is why I don't much effort into reviews or ki-ling myself for the job.
That is not yet known. I am also waiting on the same thing. Might as well as the new company to match the AIP as a sign in bonus. But feel bad to give up as I worked so hard and accomplished so much this year. I doubt the AIP will reflect that though.
