For those from legacy Ansys, how did bonuses change 2026 vs 2025 ?
Trying to get a sense if they went up, down, or stayed roughly the same.
US / APAC / EMEA ?

Emea here.. 5% more than prior year.. some people more than 15% increase.. others got sh---y bonuses.. not a parameter I guess..
EMEA, around a 20% decline on last years.
I'm Legacy Ansys and in the US and my bonus was the exact same as last year.
@e9 I’ve heard managers have less flexibility on bonuses this year than usual. Not sure if that’s just my team or across the board.
Honestly I think it really depends your country and your team (Your manager actually)
There is no real logic. They have a budget, and they give whatever they want to give.
Even if there are guidelines related to your level, they can do whatever they want.
I personally had the case last year.
They will always justify what they give
