I’m expecting 105 PBUS and 95 FLUS. With all the changes, that’s one thing we should be able to count on.

Finding out this week. Haven’t heard a decent rumor
No bonus. They will just bone us.
@gp You shouldn't pray they sever you. That can get a bit dicey. You should pray for a severance.
Plan on 0 and you'll never be disappointed. I spoke with a few people who are dual income and they're overjoyed. I pray they sever me. If you can find a role with similar compensation, you'll be in the driver seat for the rest of your life.
We’ll start getting real info on the bonus next week. I’ve learned over the years not to speculate. Almost always get disappointed! I’m sure this time will be no different
All of these threads have turned into HR fishing.
Wait until you get your team score and realize you’re not a high-potential candidate they want to support. Then watch that 40% of your bonus drop by another 30%.
15% of your salary times 0.4 means if you make $150k, you can expect a $9k bonus before taxes. Lol. That’s like getting half of your property tax covered.
You will get 15% of your salary nothing more. Oh and 1.5% raise
You know how we said this would boost speed? And remember when we talked about really pushing for more? Thanks for the effort. We got twice as much from you as any other company, and we’ll be rewarding you with half the compensation.
Town hall literally opened with a comment that LY was bad on both sides.
The numbers presented to the board were the lowest in recent history.
@cv Start freaking out!
Who the F is saying its going to be low. We don't know that. It better the F be near 100 or im going to freak out
If its not at least 80 on the frito side ill do even less
You’re joking about a bad bonus, right? I’ve taken on so much extra work, working six days a week in person and dealing with nonstop stress seven days a week. There’s no way they’d shortchange us at year-end. Beverage employee here.
@OP 😂😂😂😂
45 PFUS and a 70 PBUS
