I never thought it would come to this - me hoping to be selected for layoffs after so many years.

Everything is urgent. Cost is all incompassioning. Technical engineering excellence is non existent and unimportant. Add more trackers and layers of weak yes men management.

New focus on expanded documentation they say. Do they think we are id--ts? Just ask us to directly train the AI that is meant to replace us, why don'tcha?

They have brought in three bigwigs from Microsoft and Google - come on. We know what they are here for, and it is disgusting.

I hope folks see what's coming and prepare.

When are packages being sent out?? What is taking so long?

Why at a location like Gemco ,does the company have 2 mobile trailers with Cameras 📷 posted up in the same area, having to spy on us?

One should be enough. What are the watching? Ballast? Shutdown power?

So basically, Bridgeport Partners owns CSI, which competes with Fiserv, and now they’re being brought in to run parts of our business — are things really that bad?

What should I expect?

It's not just the layoffs, it's knowing what the job market is like right now. Being laid off is bad enough, but when so many people are already being cut and there are so few available jobs... I've never been this worried about losing my job in my 20-year career.

It's obvious that performance wasn't criteria for this round, so I'm wondering what was. Judging by the ages of those affected, I'm guessing pay played a significant role in determining who to put on the list. I could be wrong, though, and it could be something else entirely.

Dont know how we are doing with competition.

Anyone knows when are they gonna tell who's affected from EU teams? Last time it took up to 1 year depending country which is crazy and should be illegal

My department has been told the goal is to “run out of work,” and that we should not be concerned with this. Today we “ran out of work.” Concerned?
