Looks like Toledo Refinery is being prepared for layoffs. A number between 20-30 has been suggested. Some individuals have already left although voluntarily. Any idea what groups will be targeted?

Sympathy goes out to this worker and family who has passed working for CVE. I guess all the safety programs and COIMS ect could not save him.

CR and CU is more concerned on cutting their staff when they don't meet their unrealistic budgets than be a true leader. If they aren't shown the door soon all of the other BU's will be going the way of our maintenance division.

Toledo is laying off today, first thing this morning it was happening.

I can confirm two more people left us during the week of November 10th in one of the assets in Ohio. I can also confirm a suspicious upcoming retirement and a transition.

I can confirm two more people left Lima and one more left Calgary this week. Two more also left Toledo although I can’t confirm whether it was voluntary or involuntary.

Happening now - firings and layoffs in Lloydminster area, more coming in the near future. Meanwhile the unqualified 3rd floor people at CPL keep their jobs.
