Leaving Citi 401K rollover question.

Open Reqs in RB

Bank has almost 80 open positions that were just posted at the end of last month. I guess it's promising that despite laying off tens of thousands of people, Citi is still hiring bunches at the same time.

The culture is getting progressively worse

The toxicity has reached new levels recently. Is anybody else wondering if Citi is doing this on purpose to force us to quit? I know I sound paranoid, but the whole culture doesn’t just deteriorate at this speed without some major help and direction... — read more
