2 weeks remote in August - a power play vs rival banks?
While other firms are forcing 4-5 times in the office per week later this year, Citi is holding steady on the current hybrid approach plus extra flexibility in August and hopefully December. Since cutting back on work from home is a powerful lever to... — read more
Open Reqs in RB
Bank has almost 80 open positions that were just posted at the end of last month. I guess it's promising that despite laying off tens of thousands of people, Citi is still hiring bunches at the same time.

Laid off in March
After 25 years with the bank, I was laid off in March. I have not heard 1 word from Citi or HR about my severance. Not cool. I turned my work in on time for a quarter of a century. Dead silet after several emails and calls.
