We've all been working our behinds off, so what this latest "warning" sounds like is more "now you'll do even more hours and skip holidays and work weekends and you'll be happy about it or we'll fire you for poor performance." They want more free labor, as simple as that.

It’s a game. How can we run off people so that we don’t have to pay them severance?
My managers are being super neurotic 🫨🤪 , micromanaging, and it's just mid-January so this sets tone for upcoming months. They must have been told to put pressure and be nasty to run more people away because they are being highly unrealistic with their demands. OR their bonuses were not what they excepted.🤔
Ideally no one would contact you if it's a 4 ..after seeing a 4 (on that the comments they put for 4 are enough to change recruiter's mind)
Worst it is, I gave interview for internal position in Nov/Dec.. which came up in Jan now,and they are not ready to relieve telling its a 4 ..no internal movement for 4 (did argue that it's only if pip is there..but was told 'no' )..can someone explain what nonsense is it?
Its a way to run you off without paying you severance, which is what Jane wants.
