They only hire from specific country rest go home

No Diversity, managers only hire and promote their own people, contractors from specific agency ( for commissions) , No value for referrals if you are not from that state or country. HR are you blind or what…!!

Contracts not getting renewed

My manager told me we didn’t get extensions for your contract as promised. Anyone face same issue in digital ? 3 team members face same issue today

Lazy Directors

Some directors put in only 10% of what's needed, lazy and some are not competnent. There should be a clean up there...

Do you think that Scotiabank will continue to have layoffs in 2015 and 2016. I know that many people are anxious but I can tell you that I feel that the worst is over and that we will not be having any layoffs soon.
