I want to be positive and optimistic (not a good trait on this website) about the changes and the move to the sport offence, but come on! Did you see that org chart? (Just go to the support documents in Workday) Over a hundred VPs in the first level (which should make the total about 300+ since most have VPs reporting to them), and every single sport is a whole org now. EH mention he has flattened the org because he has ~15 reports now, but what about the rest? I’m gonna just blame on my own stupidity for not understanding how this is progress.

If the creation of a new org chart is created based on feedback from leadership, why bother recreating when part of the problem is leadership? Filtered feedback and no one hears about the inefficiencies experienced from those doing the day to day.
What are the management figures now?
With the org saying they are laying off 500 director levels and above. How many do we have at the moment. In my mind the ratio would be 10 reports to a director. 5 directors to a VP. 5 VPs to a SVP. An SVP would then have 250 subordinates. This is just my made up figures, but I’d be interested to know the real numbers.
