Indirect sourcing job posts slowing being posted but no information about the new org chart available publicly. Any insights on this?

The new organization chart. If it’s like other companies, these people will be the new people in charge. Then the fun begins.
Usually when new people are appointed. They don’t wanna work with the old culture. They appoint new people that they worked with in the past. Expect major RIF. Business as usual.
I’m not exactly sure what this means
