If the creation of a new org chart is created based on feedback from leadership, why bother recreating when part of the problem is leadership? Filtered feedback and no one hears about the inefficiencies experienced from those doing the day to day.

But, despite your view that everyone caused a problem except you, leaders will also be cut by 25% on average.
Completely agree. Listening to RL I could only think how ELT a) shouldn't have needed to spend millions with BC to do a reorg b) has no one to blame but themselves...asleep at the wheel!
