@dt when ppl act up they shd be shown their place ..it is irritating when ICs try to act like your boss and don’t do. Nothing all because of incompetent directors

We've harped so much on flattening the org over the past few years but we're back to adding a bunch of layers again and exec levels -- just look at CDO as an example.
I noticed a P2 has a VP Title, so strange he acts like she's an M4, lol.
I'm a VP at the P4-level, so Sr Asst VP is a P3.
Means the same as Assistant To the Regional Manager
It’s truly a nothing burger. Some corporate move a few years ago to assign everyone a title. Most of us with AVP at the time got the Senior designation. It’s really nothing to do with the job, or anything
