We've harped so much on flattening the org over the past few years but we're back to adding a bunch of layers again and exec levels -- just look at CDO as an example.

It’s truly a nothing burger. Some corporate move a few years ago to assign everyone a title. Most of us with AVP at the time got the Senior designation. It’s really nothing to do with the job, or anything
