I will contact the Philippines office to ask. Now that they are using AI voice correction there and India I will be able to get a clear answer and get back to you right away.
I don't work in claims service. But I can say I have lost IQ points and can safely say I am a much d-mber person than before my 12 year of working here.
Short answer: no one.
The extremely poor quality of Claims employees hired in recent years (standards were lowered as a money saving tactic) is incapable of providing even average service.
If you want to whine to someone about your claim you need to go up the chain of command, starting at the lowliest peon then the C+ in business school DEI hire middle managers. You probably won’t make it past them. If you sent some autist complaint email to anyone beyond that they just ignore it or dump it on someone lower anyway. If you have an agent you can whine to them and they’ll whine to their advocate, who will then whine at the middle manager for you, that’s an option too
