We have had our system down since Friday. Nobody knows what they are doing to try and fix it. Customers are going to be so pi---d off when we have to stop shipping because we cant process anything. This sh-tshow is before all the layoffs as well. I have literally been sitting here doing absolutely nothing for 2 days while secretly chuckling inside because I feel like this is karma

Ever wondered if Karma applies to individuals only or Companies too ?
Last 5 years Nike GT has been infested with blood su-king leaders who have time and again built their empire to grow themselves and then laid off all in the name of "win now".
Everyone has to pay a price for their actions. Karma gets everyone - individuals and companies !

I was LR‘ed early 2024.. and today I am happy it happened then and not now. Cisco does, like most US companies, not care about employees and are unable to do a proper AOP planning - at cost of the lives of tousands of mother and fathers who have to provide to their families. I hope Karma will one day catch ELT and greedy investors like Blackrock. I am now on a better place where they hire more carefuly.

There was a manager in my group who was about to get fired because of how toxic she was. But then had a minor injury and just kept playing up for almost a full year.

If she is let go, that would be the best kind of karma.

Today is the last day for many who were impacted back on January 28th. How USAA treated those in office that dark day, just remember, karma is real and not tomorrow or next month or even next year, but everything eventually gets a return.

Bonus landed. Given they sc--wed me on Merit and Bonus... well they can forget me giving a 2 week notice. I would give notice today but I'm going to leave at a time of my choosing, when its the worst possible time to leave for management, that's when i say this is my last day. Karma

The company has been in a literal perpetual layoff cycle. A perfect record for outflows, constant executive turnover. Demolishing 2 of your newest buildings. Yet somehow giving himself a MASSIVE raise all while ruining people’s lives none stop! These people must be held accountable at some point. Hopefully karma can help but it surely doesn’t seem like it will.

but karma finally came thru

This shouldn’t be something to feel good about but it makes me happy.
My engineering manager from about 21 years ago made me work my a-s off with the promise is a promotion and then he told me I didn’t have what it takes. Anyway I left and got promoted a few times at the new company. This man was a total sc-m in every aspect of his dealings with employees.
Anyway, once a month I would transport food stuff for the food pantry and I saw this guy at the counter.
He got laid off in 2015 and never found another white job. He got divorced a few years ago and lost everything.
I should feel sorry for him but I don’t. This man never learned that his few years at a corporate job wouldn’t last forever.
