325, The fines did go to Corinthian BECAUSE of actions that happened on Heald campuses. Have you read the letter from the DOE to Corinthian

Yup all 947 of those actions were actually done by Everest and Wyotech. Heald was just the most valuable asset so Kamala Harris asked her buddies at the Department of Education to help her with her senate bid by fining Heald instead of Corinthian. She's that powerful.
