So heard today no bonus next quarter and layoffs before Christmas due to Lexmark doubling up staff and I’ve had to job match my team.

This firm sold its soul awhile ago. PP can keep smiling that creepy smile and tell you it's going to be alright but it isn't. Her and her friends will give themselves more bonuses, bigger salary increases until this firm is either bought or goes public. Anyone getting laid off should do the least amount of work as possible. The firm doesn't care about you, why should you care about it.

Yup, and the email sort of blamed the employees. In any case, just a guess but layoffs are gonna have to happen. Again, no first hand knowledge. Guess they should not have bought two companies.

I am a clinical worker grade level 24 and am hourly. A few weeks ago they sent that wordy bonus email saying that they were changing the structure of the bonuses or taking away them.

Can someone explain to me what is happening with the bonuses for someone who is hourly and a grade level 24?

If grades change up/down prior to 8/31 then I assume bonuses for T2 will reflect using the new grades.

Members love the curbside but the members in the club complain when that horable sound blasts from the handhelds, it's like an alarm going off because your late for school, but more complaints less bonus.

Posting for someone I know who got let go in June but did not receive their PSP last week, which was unexpected since they were still on the payroll post May 31. Was wondering if others experienced this or what the next steps should be?

Hi all, I’m planning to leave some time early next year. I understand that I would be eligible for APB (usually pay out mid Feb) and 401k true match-up (usually pay out late Jan) since I will be at Intel beyond Dec 31st. But if my last day is early Jan next year, is there any issues receiving the APB and 401k true match-up? Any datapoint from anyone had similar experiences from prior years will be greatly appreciated!

Omnissa reneged on the quarterly bonus owed to the staff in Costa Rica and are making them sign day1 contracts. Omnissa have lost up to half their customer base already. They are deploying full racist equity in the company, finding ways to cut peoples salaries while giving their managers promotions and pay rises. A third of the staff are now gone and they now have people in positions who cant do the job. The place is a complete car crash and the management are targeting people who are raising concerns.

The irony of the CHK accounting department at their holiday party watching a movie where the boss cuts out the Christmas bonuses in order to benefit the bottom line...

At least in the movie they make it right when they realize how it affects morale.
