@a9 I've received over 100% in recent years past, 100% last year.
in my department, we used to get AIP or REACH and it was taken away about 3 years ago. I've been here for 20 years, never have I not received a bonus until 3 years ago. Sickening.
Everyone on here is talking about AIP… ok Claims resolution unit CRU the people who actually process the claims do not receive bonuses

What are you talking about? A big portion of the company received an AIP bonus and they announced this week that we’re on pace to get at least a 100% multiplier.
