Besides, they cater in Mama’s for lunch as a special Christmas thank you from leadership. It’s so good for morale. With that offering who needs a bonus, competent leaders, or transparency? Stale Italian food bought back my trust. J, K, and M surely won’t stab their valued colleagues after that offering.
@hf yeah. But IT gets to go across the street to the athletic club once per quarter and get lunch meat sandwiches, tomato juice masquerading as soup, soda, and potato chips during PI planning each quarter, so we should be grateful to our overlords for the crumbs they give us. (Sarcasm)
Reminder that the extended their contract for their multi-million dollar yearly self-indulgent Las Vegas blueprint party for 2 more years at the Fontainebleau instead of having it in their home city for infinitely less cost.
But hey they have to pay for the ski team sponsorship they keep spamming all over their social media and Rons acrobat tricks and Vegas dancers during his keynote somehow.
Just know that Stifel does not care about the people that keep their tech infrastructure working, you are disposable to them and they are telling you this by requiring you to be in office 5 days a week when your work could be done (and was done in 2020/2021) remotely, paying poorly, forcing you to pay for parking, laying off people who have been working and championing them for over a decade with no severance or warning and now are cutting the remaining employees bonuses. Keep in mind these are also lowest paid employees in the building. Keep in mind these people (IT) also didn't get representation in the all for show "We’re thankful for our colleagues" social media posts as well.
It's important to know that when someone tells you who they are and how much they care about you, that you should believe them.
I’ll bet the executives bonuses won’t be impacted. Just us minions. And yes, I blame the executive team.
