Resignation

If you give notice but your last day runs through date bonus would be receive would you still receive your bonus...Or do you have to wait to give notice until after bonus is received as giving notice would disqualify you?

@OP
Resign after the bonus money hits your bank account. When you resign, do it (resign) effective on the first of the following month. Why, all your benefits, medical, and even your portion of PTO will be enforce throughout that month. It’s what I did 😁

If you give notice then they can force you out earlier. If they give notice then check teamworks.

Let’s say you are on personal leave and don’t return until after bonuses are paid, would you still get your bonus?

You have to be an active employee the day the bonus hits. I gave notice and left and was told by HR.

I would wait until it hits your bank account.

give notice the day your bonus hits your bank account. I think is one of the reasons they started doing notice periods last year
