Traditional to HCL, Digital to PwC

DXC has laid off all the offering development process in NA and this round will be in EMEA. The deal must be close to sell Traditional (ITO/DC) to HCL and Digital to PwC. I'm calling before the end of the year DXC will no longer exist.

DXC have almost lost the BAE Account

After years of perseverance BAE have started the process to end their contract with DXC. Very recently a meeting was had with the MD of BAE and the DXC board about how shockingly poor the service is. Initially it starts with a 30% reduction in fees... — read more

Restructure

Anyone know anything about the restructure that PWC are leading regarding the way we structure our offering practices? Will this have further WFR implications or are we seeing the impact now?

Is there any point in trying?

I got the WFR mail last week. I worked hard all year and did whatever I was asked to do - its so unfair. now I just can't motivate myself above the fear of WFR. I just want to behave like most others seem to and slacken off. I'm already planning a... — read more

Another RIF round coming June 28

Take some vacation people! You can't take it with you. Clearly, they're choreographing everything to avoid any appearance of violating WARN act. When all is said and done, there might be just enough remaining to sell off a customer base. Assuming any... — read more

DXC share price now at level it was 19 years ago.

Shareholders should think about it. Mike Lawrie erased 13 Billions in Market value within 6 months. the new level means, the share price is currently lower than it was before the EDS and HPE mergers and all the small acquisitions. Stopp this CEO, Its... — read more

Happy to watch the collapse

The current state of this company is a direct result of the middle management hold overs from the EDS/HP/HPE ‘glory years’. They manipulated and bullied their way right to this point in time. I’m sure they can just refresh what we sell, or herd some... — read more

A direct quote from our updated travel policy

"Our teams need to get in the habit of meeting with clients, staff, potential hires, and each other by phone, or in an office, without a dinner, lunch or drinks. Sales can be generated without a meal." Yup....this is where we are.

Is anybody even trying anymore?

Let me be the first to say I'm not. I'm doing what has to be done. That's it. I used to care, go above and beyond, but I got smarter since then. Why bend over backwards for a company that couldn't care less about me? How many others are doing the... — read more

Talent is DXC's only true asset

The only asset this company has is it's talent. As soon as the talent is gone, the contract cancellation will follow. It won't take long. This industry is super competitive there is no reason a company needs to settle for overpriced offshore talent... — read more

Lot of WFRs on May 31

I just heard that a lot of WFRs are going to happen tomorrow May 31 in AMS, apparently US. Notifications needs to happen today and managers are dealing with dates, swaps, etc. Just crazy.

purposely destroying services contracts

The CEO is continuing to brutalize proven service contracts with high margins to push those margins in to unethical levels. Contracts no longer matter. If the business is not "digital" in his eyes and run by "kids" he is visibly and purposely gutting... — read more

DXC stock hits a 52 week LOW!!!

DXC stock closes at 49.70 today....the lowest stock price in a year. I wonder why??? Your thoughts are welcomed Appears the DXC ship is sinking fast and the Captain and his staff should be thrown overboard.

This strategy is NOT WORKING.

Firing people and moving talent offshore isn't going to solve this problem. It might look good on a balance sheet temporarily, but you're not going to offset the contracts you lose by eliminating the very reason people signed contracts in the first... — read more

What's average pay at DXC now?
