I can only assume that CXD Ltd is designed to hold assets that are UK based, you can't do that so easily as a foreign legal entity (if at all).

In exactly the same way as CSC (USA) never directly owned assets in the UK.

If the Credit Suisse story is true (and I would doubt that DXC would lie using a client's name like that, they'd just "no comment") then what is news is that there are more parts to the deal than just that DC in New York. Not quite sure what though.

It is odd though to find a DXC company registered at MDN DC though I think.

Agree likely to be a spin off entity and why did they register CXD for Credit Suisse in a high tax rate country as UK - make more sense to register this entity in Switzerland!

It's made the news on UK Register....

Just sit back and see.....

That its got WD Jr as executive suggests that this is one of those transfer entities used for spinning stuff off. Given who he is... (my statements here are a matter of public record, no insider knowledge!)

When they did the DXC thing, ES was broken into "everett spin co" and assets transferred to it.

Whatever is happening, its a split of some kind, which suggests its a partial sale of assets, not a complete UK selloff..
